This provides a great opportunity to learn about deadlines and application requirements, while getting a leg up on the competition to network, earn internships, and also jobs! Hello Students of WWU! Sorry for the late notice again; however, there will be a Beta Alpha Psi meeting this evening, February 2nd, 2017! One of Bellingham’s largest homegrown CPA firms, VSH, will be presenting on “Firm Economics”. There will be free dinner provided, but you’ll need to wear business casual to enter. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM, and takes place in CF 115. This also provides an excellent chance to network with a potential employer for students following the meeting, so take advantage! Today is January 19th, and the presentation will be delivered by Superfeet regarding change management, beginning @ 6:30, in Communications Facility 115. The presentation will end at 8:00, where students are afforded time to network with the presenting professionals.
Ladies and Gentlemen, WWU’s Beta Alpha Psi Chapter would like to invite you to this Thursday’s meeting! The presentation from the Washington State Department of Revenue will commence January 12th, 2017, at 6:30 PM. We’d also like to thank all the students who attended last week’s meeting; the audience was impressive, and professionals do notice when schools are able to pack the house for their presentations. Students who attend will be treated with dinner; however, more importantly the Defense Contract Audit Agency will send a presenter to inform us about their purpose in the accounting industry.
